Role Overview 

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) plays a dual role as both a trusted advisor and growth catalyst for LexRight’s clients. You’ll be responsible for overseeing delivery of implementations, managed services, and technical projects built around Neostella’s product ecosystem — while also identifying and driving opportunities for account expansion. 

This is not a pure sales role; rather, you’ll partner closely with clients to ensure their ongoing success, and that success naturally translates into growth for both the client and LexRight. 

Key Responsibilities 

Client Partnership & Growth 

  • Serve as the primary technical and strategic point of contact for assigned Neostella-based accounts. 

  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and retention. 

  • Proactively identify opportunities for expanding managed services, upgrades, and additional project work. 

  • Partner with LexRight leadership to develop and execute account growth strategies. 

  • Support proposal development, scoping, and pricing for follow-on engagements. 

Delivery Oversight 

  • Oversee implementation and ongoing delivery of Neostella / Neodeluxe projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction. 

  • Coordinate across LexRight and Neostella teams (consultants, developers, automation specialists) to ensure smooth execution. 

  • Manage client onboarding and transition from sales to delivery, and from delivery to managed services. 

  • Track project metrics, deliverables, and service-level performance for assigned accounts. 

  • Ensure delivery methods and outcomes reinforce client confidence and future growth potential. 

Technical & Product Expertise 

  • Develop deep familiarity with Neostella’s Neodeluxe platform, including its case management, workflow automation, and integration capabilities. 

  • Translate client needs into actionable technical and process solutions. 

  • Help clients optimize their use of the Neodeluxe platform and identify efficiency gains. 

  • Maintain awareness of product updates, roadmap, and best practices to guide client strategy. 

Internal Collaboration 

  • Work closely with CSMs, and Managed Services teams to align client delivery with growth goals. 

  • Provide input to improve delivery processes, service offerings, and client communication standards. 

  • Act as the “voice of the client” internally, ensuring LexRight’s services continuously evolve to meet real-world needs. 

Qualifications 

Required: 

  • 10+ years of experience in client-facing technical roles such as Technical Account Manager, Program Manager, or Product Manager in software, telecom, or technology consulting environments. 

  • Skilled in relationship management and executive communication, with a history of building trusted partnerships that drive repeat business and revenue growth. 

  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional projects from ideation through delivery — coordinating engineering, marketing, and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes. 

  • Strong background in program management, product lifecycle management, and technology solution delivery  

  • Demonstrated success in translating complex technical concepts into business value for clients — balancing delivery excellence with account growth. 

  • Experience managing cloud infrastructure, Agile delivery, and technical integrations involving platforms such as AWS, Atlassian, and enterprise SaaS systems. 

  • Advanced proficiency in business productivity and collaboration tools (Microsoft Suite, Jira, Confluence). 

Preferred: 

  • Experience working with or supporting Neostella or other legal technology platforms (case management, workflow automation, or process optimization tools). 

  • Strong background in client onboarding, managed services delivery, and continuous improvement programs. 

  • Experience in development and administration of workflow management solutions such as Nintex, Power Automate, or SmartSheet 

  • Additional training or certifications in AI for Business, Negotiation & Influence, or Lean Portfolio Management are a plus.

  • Account revenue growth and retention. 

  • On-time, on-budget project delivery. 

  • Client satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS). 

  • Adoption and utilization of Neostella technology within client accounts. 

  • Expansion of managed services agreements and renewal rates.
